- Morning: The Thrill of the Hunt - Pick up in Alba or Turin
Your day begins in the crisp morning air of the secret woods. You will meet our professional Trifulau (Truffle Hunter) and his expert four-legged partner.
As you follow the dog through the ancient oaks and hazels, you’ll learn the lore of the forest, the science of the soil, and the centuries-old techniques used to find 'Piedmontese Gold.'
- Mid-Day: Village Charm & A Gourmet Pause
After the hunt, we’ll take a breath of fresh air in one of our historic hilltop villages—perhaps Barolo or Neive. These medieval gems provide the perfect backdrop for photos and a slow stroll.
For lunch, I will arrange a reservation at a traditional restaurant.
- Afternoon: The Perfect Pairing
A truffle's best friend is a great wine. In the afternoon, we’ll visit a boutique, family-run winery in the heart of the Langhe. You’ll tour the private aging cellars where the region's noble wines mature.
